    I love how punk has changed and contorted into this stupid selfish thing. Hell, emotional hardcore is my life, been since I first caught Jimmy Eat World on tv in seventh grade, hell, my senior quote is a Saetia lyric. But that’s the thing, true emotional hardcore, true punk, is about self-expression, and a true grasp of the strength of the individual.

    So no, I don’t hate women. I swear to god, without my mum, my girlfriend, and my best friends alike, I don’t know who I am, nor would I like to find out, 

    but if you are, like We Were Skeletons is, and are many other trend-following, sound repeating, infectious spawn of ‘New Wave’ wanna-be post-hardcore,

    stop playing music.

    If someone says shit you don’t like, either you get over it or you punch them in the fucking face. They said if they heard someone like me at a show, they’d kick them out a venue. They’d kick me out of the venue

    Death to false emo. Death to false punk. Death to false screamo. That is all.
